Currently, I live in Bucks County Pennsylvania, nestled between New York City and Philadelphia. The Bucks countryside's vast inspirational settings have compelled an ongoing series of plein-air landscapes. Painting on location is an extremely intimate relationship with the surrounding environment, the progression of time, and the fickleness of light. Beyond the expressive application of oil pastels, the rewards include the universally felt complexities of natures' circumstance and our place within it.

John Huber is a fine artist, photographer, professional freelance illustrator and website designer living in Bucks County. A Bachelor of the Fine Arts, John received his traditionally-trained art background at Millersville University. Post college endeavours include life-model drawing sessions, participation in local art communities, and continued creation of new bodies of work. Upcoming concurrent June exhibitions at Phillips' Mill in New Hope and The Artists' House in Philadelphia, will display recent photography and plein-air paintings respectively. John has exhibited throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
